This fixture insertion tool is designed to streamline the creation of furniture and items made from materials like particleboard and MDF. It automatically adds fasteners and fixtures for flat components connected at right angles. If you're using solid modeling in DWG files, this tool can significantly reduce the time and effort spent on joining parts or adding hardware. It's a user-friendly alternative to complex, specialized furniture software, saving time and minimizing errors.

• Automatic Joint Detection: The software independently locates joints between two flat components (solids), allowing you to select multiple details simultaneously, with fixtures placed at all suitable joints
• Suitability Filtering: The program discards unsuitable parts for connection, enabling you to adjust parameters for each fixture type
• Custom Fixture Creation: Users can create new fixtures, which must be pre-made as blocks with properly deployed solids inside
• Unit Conversion: Millimeter fixture-blocks can be inserted into inch drawings, with the program handling scaling and setting conversion. Simply set your drawing's units (INSUNITS = 4 or 1)
• User-friendly Interface: A convenient dialog box enables quick selection of required fixtures and adjustment of arrangement settings
• Block Selection: You can choose fixture-blocks from template files or other drawings, with the program copying the block to the current drawing
• Joint Alignment: For selected parts, the program finds two adjacent flat surfaces and arranges fixture-blocks along a straight line along the long side of this joint
• Customizable Joint Detection: You can adjust the program to find joints between parts, even with gaps between them
• Fixture Rotation: Irrespective of how the joint is unfolded in space, the program rotates fixtures for parts
• Size Compatibility Check: The program verifies if selected parts are suitable for the fixture's dimensions
• Spacing Adjustment: You can modify the distance from the joint's edge to the first part and the maximum step of repeating fixtures
• Fastener Spacing Methods: Two different methods are available - Fixed margin from the edge and Fixed step
• Symmetrical Detail Creation: You can attempt to create symmetrical details using the even number of fasteners option and the option to Mirror Blocks on the second half of the joint
• Drilling Machine Width Limitation: You can restrict the length of fixture installation to the width of the drilling machine, allowing the program to arrange fasteners from both ends of the joint
• Furniture Standard Compliance: You can force the program to adjust the distance from the corner of the part to the fixture to the furniture standard 32 mm additive step
