Black Swan Transition Cement is a green, medium bodied high strength cement for solvent welding non-pressure ABS to non-pressure PVC pipe and fittings up to 6” diameter Schedule 40 and Schedule 80. Can be used for sewer and drain, waste and vent systems. Product is most effective when used in temperature range from 40ºF to 100ºF. This cement is a Low VOC formulation – 510 grams per liter
