It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to its surface for better adhesion. It’s just the thing to master making delicate, fluffy madeleine cakes. Thanks to its specially shaped holes and exceptional heat transfer properties, it creates defined, golden brown cakes in the shape of pretty shells.
