Aluminized steel with brushed stainless handles and nonstick interior for easy cleaning. Safe for ceramic, gas, induction and glass top stoves. Use moderate heat to obtain the most effective cooking properties and prevent damage to the pan and stove. Glass top stoves are especially susceptible to damage from an overheated pan. Cooking space 9.9 inch diameter and 3.3 inches of depth, with an exterior diameter of 10.1 inches. Full pan measures 17.3 x 5.4 inches, handle to end and top to bottom.
