The QIAstat-Dx Analyzer, paired with QIAstat-Dx assay cartridges, employs real-time PCR to identify pathogen nucleic acids in human biological samples. This system, designed to be closed, facilitates hands-off sample preparation and subsequent detection and identification of nucleic acids. Samples are inserted into a QIAstat-Dx cartridge, which houses all necessary reagents for isolating and amplifying nucleic acids. Detected real-time amplification signals are interpreted by integrated software and reported via an intuitive user interface.
